A voice that moves people -
and markets.

I have delivered 50+ keynotes and workshops across Asia, to global corporations, government ministries and international conferences. Not motivational theatre. Stories from eighteen years of running businesses, sharpened into something your people can use the next morning.

Three Topics

What I speak about

Each topic runs as a 1-hour keynote or a 1-day workshop. The keynote inspires; the workshop is where people actually change how they work. Pick the topic, then the depth.
The Spine of the Talk

Why Formula 1

Because everyone in the room has felt what a driver feels: high stakes, incomplete information, and a decision that will not wait. The metaphor does the teaching, so I do not have to lecture. Used deliberately - when it is forced, it sounds gimmicky.

The track
Your goal and your strategy
The car
Your team and its capabilities
The driver
You
Pit stops
Deliberate moments of reflection
Q1, Q2, Q3
The qualifying rounds of an early career
Lap time
Your personal best - never the grid's
The race
Execution, lived rather than planned
The podium
The outcome. Do not aim at it directly.
Navigator Mindset · Formats

How deep do you want to go?

FormatDurationWhat happensBest for
Keynote 45–60 min The five mindsets, told through stories and the F1 spine. Audiences leave energised, clear-headed, and ready to move before the path is fully visible. Conferences, annual kick-offs, leadership offsites, graduation cohorts
Workshop Half day – 1 day A guided application of the framework to your team's real crossroads - the decision actually on the table this quarter. Everyone leaves with a shared language and a personal action plan. Intact leadership teams, managers under pressure, post-restructure groups
Coaching 3–6 months One-to-one or small group. For senior leaders in a major transition where the stakes are high and the visibility is low. Executives navigating a pivot, scaling pressure, or a career crossroads

Topic Two

AI Adoption - from curiosity to capability

A no-fluff tour of practical AI: what is already working, what is hype, and what your people can start using on Monday morning. Grounded in AI Leader certification, hands-on builds, and AI implementation inside real businesses - including my family's own accounting practice, where it delivered 2–3× team productivity.

AI Inspiration Keynote

Live demonstrations rather than screenshots. Designed to convert AI anxiety into AI energy, and to give a leadership team a shared, honest view of where the technology actually is.

1 day · Workshop

AI Spark Session

Hands on keyboards. Every participant builds a working AI assistant and an automation from scratch. In the most recent open session, all twenty finished with something running.

There is a lot more on this one - beliefs, tool stack, results.

Topic Three

Brand Rejuvenation & Growth Scaling

How iconic brands build love and fandom - and what yours can borrow from them. Grounded in eighteen years of brand-building and growth at LEGO and P&G across Asia, including global partnerships with F1, Disney, McLaren and BTS, and market entries built from zero in India, Indonesia and Vietnam.

Brand Inspiration Keynote

How LEGO turned around, built fandom, and made itself culturally relevant again - told by someone who was inside it, not someone who read the case study.

1 day · Workshop

Brand Rejuvenation Workshop

Diagnose your brand's love gaps and design the growth plays. Applies the LEGO and P&G playbooks to your category, your consumer, and your next twelve months.

The Point of All This

What your leaders will walk away with

A shared language

For change and high performance - so the conversation continues after I leave the room.

Practical AI use cases

Things they can apply on Monday morning, not a reading list.

Clearer decisions

Under pressure and ambiguity, which is where most decisions actually get made.

Renewed confidence to act

Not just to discuss. The gap between those two is where most strategy dies.

A memorable experience

Story-led. Not another training deck they will never open again.

Something in their hands

In the workshop formats, a personal action plan or a working build they made themselves.

From the Stands

What audiences say afterwards

The line I care most about is the last one below - "gets me thinking about how I can apply them". A keynote that only entertains has failed.

Watch Me Speak

Before you book, see the room

My TEDx talk uses Formula 1 as a metaphor for life after graduation. It captures what audiences feel from the first minute: real, relatable, results-focused.

Let's Talk

Tell me about your audience

The best sessions start with a real brief: who is in the room, what they are worried about, and what has to be different when they walk out. Bring me that and I will tell you which topic and format actually fits - or if I am not the right speaker for it.

Book a 30-minute call

Straight into my calendar. We will scope the audience, the outcome, and the format before anyone talks about a fee.
