Privacy Policy

This website is operated by Crossroads Navigator Pte. Ltd. (Singapore). I keep data collection to a minimum and never sell it. This page explains, in plain English, what is collected and the choices you have.

What I collect

There are no accounts, passwords, or payment details on this site. Three things are collected:

• Anonymous usage data — via the analytics tools below, to understand how many people visit, where they come from, and which pages and sections hold attention. This is aggregated and not used to identify you.
• What you send me — if you click an email link and write to me, I receive your email address and whatever you choose to include. I use it only to reply to you and follow up on your enquiry.
• The Navigator Scorecard and Navigator Sprint forms — if you complete the scorecard at /scorecard and choose to receive your result by email, I collect what you enter on that form: your name, company, email address and mobile number, together with your six answers, your score, and your consent choices. The Navigator Sprint interest form at /sprint collects your name, email, mobile number and current situation, and is handled identically — same storage, same rights, same retention as described below. You can complete the scorecard without submitting any of this — your result appears on screen either way.

The Navigator Scorecard and Sprint forms

The scorecard is run jointly by Crossroads Navigator Pte. Ltd. and R Accounting Solutions. The details you submit are used to send you your result and, because you have ticked the consent box, to follow up with you about the two firms' services. If you tick the WhatsApp box, we add you to the community you asked to join, which you can leave at any time. We do not use these details for anything else.

• Where it is stored — submissions are captured and held by Netlify, the service that hosts this website, on its servers in the United States, under its data-processing terms (see Netlify's privacy policy). Access is limited to the two firms named above.
• How long it is kept — submissions are moved into our own contact records and cleared from Netlify on a regular cycle, and kept only as long as we have a reason to be in touch with you.
• Withdrawing consent — reply to any message from us, or email the address below, and we will stop contacting you and delete your details from both places.

Paying for a Session, Mapping or Sprint

If you pay for a Navigator Session, Mapping or Sprint, you can do so by PayNow or by card. PayNow payments arrive through our bank in the usual way; we see the reference you type and nothing else. Card payments are handled by Stripe, a payment processor based in the United States: Stripe collects and stores your card details under its own terms (see Stripe's privacy policy), and we never see or store your card number. What we keep is the record of the payment itself, which we need for accounting and are required to retain for five years under Singapore law. Booking a time goes through Calendly, which asks for your name and email to confirm the slot, under Calendly's privacy policy.

Cookies & analytics tools

This site uses two third-party analytics services, each of which sets a cookie:

• Google Analytics 4 — measures visits, traffic sources, and time on page. It does not store your full IP address. See Google's privacy policy.
• Microsoft Clarity — produces heatmaps and anonymised session playbacks so I can see how pages are used. Text you might type is masked by default and is not captured. See Microsoft's privacy statement.

These are analytics cookies, not advertising cookies. I do not use this site for ad targeting or to build marketing profiles of you.

Your consent

Under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), where your browser is set to accept cookies and the purpose is one a reasonable person would expect — such as website analytics — consent is treated as given. This policy is the notice of that use. You can withdraw at any time using the options below.

How to opt out

• Set your browser to block or delete cookies (see your browser's settings or "incognito"/private mode).
• Install Google's Analytics Opt-out add-on to switch off GA4 everywhere.
• Most browsers' "Do Not Track" / tracking-prevention settings will also limit collection.

Sharing & retention

I do not sell or trade your data. Five service providers process data on my behalf: Google and Microsoft for the analytics above, Netlify for hosting and form submissions, Stripe for card payments and Calendly for bookings, each under its own data-processing terms linked on this page. These providers store data outside Singapore, mainly in the United States; as the PDPA requires, each is bound to protect it to a standard comparable to the PDPA's. Beyond those providers, nothing you give me goes to anyone outside Crossroads Navigator Pte. Ltd. and R Accounting Solutions. Analytics data is retained only as long as it is useful for understanding site performance; email you send me is kept only as long as needed to handle your enquiry.

Your rights under the PDPA

You may ask what personal data I hold about you, request a correction, or ask me to stop using it. I will respond within a reasonable time. To make a request, email rohan@crossroadsnavigator.com.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, I will update the date at the top. Material changes will be noted on this page.
